Documents must generally be signed in the physical presence of the notary unless it is an Acknowledgment. However, the signature and photo must match the document presented to the notary for identification verification.
Yes, the notary must review the entire document to ensure it is complete, verify the notarial certificate, and confirm there are no blank spaces on the document(s) presented for notarization.
You can easily book an appointment by going to the Contact Us page and entering your contact information, calling the number listed or leaving a message. Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to a non-refundable convenience fee as a deposit.
To cancel an appointment, call (856) 599-3572 and leave a detailed message at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 2 hours prior to scheduled appointment times are subject to incur the non-refundable convenience fee deposit.
